In an attempt to take the tech out of Twitter and answer all those questions going on in everyone's head - Beacon For Business held two Twitter workshops, in September in which we covered;
 
1.     What is Twitter? -  why and who, and why does my business need it?
 
2.     How do I get started?
 
3.     What do I do then?
 
4.     Who reads it and who wants to?
 
5.     When should I tweet and about what?
 
6.     How should I tweet and what should I use?
 
What could Twitter do for your business?
 
1.     It will widen your network; clients, suppliers, possible employees or sub contractors
 
2.     You will learn things about your industry from reading Tweets
 
3.     You can teach by tweeting upon your expertise
 
4.     You can showcase yourself, your business or your Brand
 
5.     You will quickly become conversant in rapidly emerging technologies, brands and products
 
6.     It will help broaden your support network!
 
As these workshops were such a success we have decided to repeat them
 
 
 
The third Twitter workshop will be held on Friday 16th February will run from 9:30am until 12:30pm with a break for refreshments.
