We at Beacon For Business have decided that to take advantage of the latest developments in IT, the skills and expertise within our business, and to give our customers even more choice and value for money, we are now restructuring our IT Support offering, enabling you to choose an option which works best for you.
Our IT Support Packages allow you to purchase 7 hours of IT Support for your company. Use this time as and when you need it - all in one week or over six months, for example. It's a complete pay as you go service - No monthly fee, just pay for what you use.

We guarantee to offer online support within an hour, and if necessary attend your site within 4 working hours. NO call out fee applies.
Any remote assistance lasting 15 minutes or less will be free of charge! Beyond 15 minutes will be charged in half hour blocks, all site visits will be charged in half hour blocks.
This IT Support package enables you to be sure that IT Support is a phone call away, and a dedicated professional will be on site as and when needed.
Basic Level Support
A professional at the end of the line
We guarantee to provide online support within an hour. If a site visit is required, a call out fee is charged. However, as many IT problems can be rectified by one of our IT Professionals gaining remote access to your system, your IT Support Line offers great value for money and peace of mind.
IT Support is charged in blocks of 15 minutes. Use the time as and when you need it, but be reassured that you have a professional at the end of the line.
